The social worker, in AzEIP,  may provide counseling and emotional support, connect families to community resources and public benefits; and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement strategies within the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).  Candidates must hold a degree in social work, maintain appropriate Arizona licensure (LMSW or LCSW as applicable), and demonstrate knowledge of early childhood development, family systems, and culturally responsive, family-centered practices.
