A Service Coordinator is a professional who assists the family in supporting their infant’s or toddler’s development in the context of naturally occurring relationships, routines, and environments through a process of assessment, planning and intervention; and supports the expansion of the knowledge and skills of the early intervention team through consultation, observations, reviews of progress records and direct guidance and support.
