ACT Updates/Reminders:
COIs: Remember to touch base with your families about their new insurance information. If you are a team lead and the family has shared that their insurance information has changed, please let the assigned SC know so that a new COI is completed, and I-TEAMS and Central Reach have been updated.
Timely Services: ACT is developing a policy and procedure for tracking timely service deliveries. We will start by piloting our procedures with one of ACT teams, R3T1. More information will be shared next week. Our goal is to have an easier way to track actual start dates for all IFSPs completed.
DSI Meeting: Save the date: The next DSI meeting will be Friday, March 5th (9-10am). If you are a DSI and have a specific topic or question for the group to discuss, please let me know.
OTs/PTs and SLPs: I will send out separate emails to get feedback about planning your group meetings.
