Hello Everyone,
There are no updates from AzEIP.
ACT letter to families will be sent out to ACT providers next week. The letter will be in English and in Spanish. ACT SCs or Team Leads (for DDD SC children) will be responsible for emailing the letter to families with email addresses. If a family doesn’t have email; then the ACT SC or Team Lead would send me an email with the child’s name and I-TEAMS ID #, so that I can mail those families a letter.
Please check with your families for current email addresses or mailing addresses. Remember to update I-TEAMS.
